OTC general elk license available for NR (~$686 full package). TWO tiers: (1) General OTC — Roosevelt elk west side (3-pt min antler required), Rocky Mountain elk east side (spike-only OTC). Buy online at wdfw.wa.gov. (2) Special permit draw — branched bull east side requires 8–15 pts via Dec–Mar draw application. Great entry-level OTC option while building points for premium draw units. Eastern WA mule deer. Colockum and Yakima units popular. Draws relatively quickly. Underrated western deer destination. NR tag ~$264. Verify at wdfw.wa.gov.
OTC spring and fall bear tags. Good populations in Cascades and Olympic Peninsula. Combo well with elk.
